My husband and I worked with Beth this year (2018) to find our forever home! She was amazing, helpful and always right there anytime we had questions, and I mean anytime! Even 11 o’clock at night! Every step she explained and made extremely simple since we did not understand all of the steps to purchase along with all of the inspections and that language. Beth, who received her Ohio real estate license in 2017, is a native of Chillicothe and 1997 Chillicothe High School graduate. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy at Ohio University – Athens. Her favorite life experiences begin with being a mother of 2 sons, Miles and Jackson, spending time with her family, and serving God and her community.

Beth’s passion in life has been to serve others which she has done previously through music therapy, a former 15 year career in healthcare management, and as a REALTOR® in Southern Ohio since 2017.

Beth attributes her strong work ethic to her parents Joel and Eva Gerber and her late grandparents Ed and Mary Gerber and Jeanette Sparks. It’s the leadership qualities Beth displays and her strong work ethic that will lead her in successfully helping those in Southern Ohio have their real estate wishes come to fruition.

She looks forward to helping her clients each day find the perfect home, investment property and the right space to start their dream businesses.
